Alice in Wonderland

This was a project reflecting the novel ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ written by Lewis Carroll. To reflect my research I created a typeface inspired by the characters and the theme of the story. The letters coordinate with the first letter of the character’s names; this can be used as a learning tool for young children through word association.

   To accompany this I also created a series of illustrative representations to reflect the personalities and characteristics of Carroll’s writings. My outcome was targeted at young children; therefore I used bright colours, bold lines, and simple shapes to entice the audience to my piece
